Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-4 shipping days for all jewelry & pre-made products. Allow an additional 3 days for any customize work.

Please allow up to 14 shipping days for all resin products

Return Policy

Steffy Jewels understand not everyone will be satisfied with an item they purchased so below is our Return Policy:

15-day return for a full refund on any jewelry or pre-made products.

10-day return for a partial refund will be offer for resin products.

Customize work is non-refundable nor returnable and may require a deposit or restocking fee. Proof of work will be emailed prior to product being produced. If at that time, you're not satisfied, any deposits made will be return.
