15-day return for a full refund on any jewelry products or pre-made products.

10-day return for a partial refund will be offer for resin products.

Customize work is non-refundable nor returnable and may require a deposit or restocking fee. Proof of work will be emailed prior to product being made. If at that time, you're not satisfied, any deposit made will be return.
